Jennifer Flournoy owns and operates the Likely General Store in the town of Likely, Calif. The store is necessity for the small community and the travelers passing through on highway 395, providing snacks, gifts and groceries.
She is also part of the fifth generation of family running Likely Land and Livestock, a ranch in Modoc County where cattle and more are raised.
Outside of the store and off the ranch, Jennifer, along with her husband, Myles, and three kids are active in the community through involvement in their local church, the Likely Volunteer Fire Department and the Likely Pine Burrs 4-H Club.
Likely Land and Livestock raises cattle and the forage to feed them.
The ranch is named after the town it resides in, Likely. It is located in the Northeast corner of California in Modoc County and has a population of under 100 people. From the Flournoy’s ranch, great views of the Warner Mountains, wildlife and more can be seen.
